Honors & Awards Our designers have been honored with first place in the REX (Remodeling Excellence) award for kitchen design and remodeling for kitchens in the $ 75,000 to $ 125,000 range. They have also been awarded the Home Book Design Excellence Gold award for Great Rooms, a Bronze award for Fireplace design & construction. Most recently our company was awarded the ABC Eagle Building Excellence Award in conjunction with a community service project in conjunction with S.D. Deacon and 'Remodeling Together Seattle.' The goal of Main Street Design-Build is to be your advocate and your guide throughout the remodel process. with ideas and dreams... In our first meeting we will discuss your ideas and your needs for the room(s) you want to update. We will consider all of our options as well as look at the structure, style and plan of your home. We believe that the more you know about the remodeling process, the better prepared you are to make great decisions. So we take the time to review all of the steps involved, letting you know exactly what to expect before you begin. Working with you as a partner in your remodel provides you with results that are geared specifically to you. We start with your wishes and dreams -then show you how we can change them to reality. 
In our subsequent meetings, we review 3D cad drawings that display floor plans and color perspective drawings of your new room. Starting with one or more ideas for your project, we will go over the benefits of each. With your input, we finalize a design until you have just the room you were dreaming of.
