6.) Product Selection is the next step toward finalizing your costs. We can direct you, or accompany you, to the builder showrooms we use so you can have a great shopping experience...choosing products that enhance your new remodel. Once we have chosen all products, we are ready to finalize your estimate and turn it into a final proposal. 7.) Final Proposal with a Firm Price Quote. If you wish to continue with our own top quality contractors, we will provide a firm price quote. That means that all aspects of your project have been determined and you know exactly how much it is going to cost, what kind of time-line to expect and who will be working for you. We are a division of Main Street Design-Build Inc., have been serving the greater Seattle area for over fifteen years with many satisfied clients throughout the area.

1.) Initial design consultation - a visit to your home to explore and discuss the possibilities for your room or your whole home with you. We will freely share ideas, resources and product knowlege so you are ready to move on to your next step. 2.) Creation of new floor plans and space configuration in 3D computer graphics that visually lay out what you new room will look like with color, texture and design. In our second meeting we bring these back to you and review them in detail with you.
3.) A complete Scope of Work lists all the steps necessary toward your remodel project from initial permits through the finishing touches on your completed remodel. This is invaluable to you for gathering estimates for your project. It ensures that all estimates you receive are based on the same criteria and that you are receiving 'apples-to-apples' cost comparisons. 4.) Detailed Estimate for your remodel is based upon standard industry costs for all areas of your project. We include every step of the work from demolition to electrical work, tile to cabinetry, doors & windows to flooring and countertops. Every aspect of your remodel is included. We will even provide product allowances, so you have an excellent idea of what your completed project is going to cost. Nothing is left out so there won't be hidden cost surprises once your remodel has begun.
5.) Product samples and photos examples can be brought to you so you see your room taking shape - what colors, textures and materials would look great in your home. We can suggest plumbing fixture styles and finishes, cabinet doors, species & color, tile boards and stone for countertops, showers and floors, accessories, mouldings and much more.
